| As always, Eric was very polite even during the crazy post 7/4 rush was over taking the shop. I called from the interstate to ask advise and he was more than willing to assist me. Drive my car straight to the shop and it was diagnosed and fixed in what I felt was a very timely fashion. Only issue was the communication was not up to their normal standards. I?ll forgive that because of the number of cars on the lot for service . |

| I had previously left a non satisfactory review because I took my truck in for an issue and it wasn?t resolved. However once I returned my truck they found the root cause and corrected the issue. The guys are knowledgeable and do a good job. |

| Eric & his team at McCullough are always fair, honest, skilled and courteous. Their pricing seems to be more reasonable than other mechanics I have used. They also stand behind their work and care about their reputation. |

| Super nice group and very friendly. They did a great job and fixed everything I wanted to be fixed. However, I feel like they charged me independently for each request, when there were economies. I would be surprised if they spent the amount of time on my repair that they billed. |

| Never going here again both experience I had here was not good nothing that I want it fixed was resolved after I pay my money he told me about other problems that I have instead of telling me before I pay so I can get it all fixed at the same time get one problem fix another problem occurred I don?t know what it was doing I feel like that they was breaking stuff so I could come back I spent almost 3000 or over at this place in my car still head check engine light brake problems never will recommend them to anyone never will Go back to this place |
