I needed to get my fuel sensor replaced to pass my emissions test. They had it replaced faster than they said they would. They didn't try to upsell me on getting other things fixed. They were way cheaper than multiple local competitors. I will definitely be going back.

Because of the age of your vehicle, the part required for your repair was not available at the closest location of our supplier. We did send one of our employees to the distribution center to pick up the part (instead of waiting for it to be delivered), but when he arrived he unexpectedly had to wait for the order to be filled. In order to prevent situations like this, calling ahead can help. If we know what part is required, it can be ordered ahead so that it's already here when a customer arrives. We always try to estimate the most accurate time, and we would not want to overestimate delivery times unnecessarily. We do apologize for your wait time during your recent visit.

Mr. Parekh, I am surprised that you were angered by your last service visit.  You brought your vehicle in for a pre-trip inspection, at which time we performed a full inspection of the vehicle.  I discussed with you my findings.  The car overall was in very good shape, considering it's mileage.  We topped off your fluids and replaced a bad bulb, both of which you agreed to have done. The minimin labor charge for any inspection performed is $47.50, and your bill was approximately $60.

They are also very caring and nurture relationships.  My only recommendation for an upgrade is to improve communication with the customer. Use automation tools as reminders to call customers back, keep them informed of the estimated completion time, train associates with down time to call back customers. We live in an instant messaging, constant contact world and thus customers should never have to initiate multiple calls to check completion status on their wheels.

He took a technician out with him to test drive the vehicle, and before he stopped at the stop sign, the technician told him the ball joints were rusted. If they knew that was the problem, they should have just performed that work and not the other unspecified work they did.

He'd done some research on prices before he came to this business, and his buddy couldn't do the work. He'd expected to spend about $700 or $800, but he ended up spending $1,200. Damon had a lot done because he wanted it in good running order since he plans to sell the vehicle. He'd recommend them depending upon the work. The labor was more and it was 1.5 hours for the spark plug change, and he'd probably recommend them for things like oil changes. They were really nice when they called and that was his only complaint.

"Oil Change" Things started off a bit rocky but ended very well. Upon entry, I was not greeted immediately and was told, that someone you be with me in a moment. I waited about 5-10 minutes before deciding to leave as I got outside and made it to the car, someone apologized and informed me that they would be able to see me now.  I explained to them that I needed an oil change. I was informed that my car operated better with synthetic and also informed that my tires needed balancing and that there was a screw in my tire (that explained the low tire pressure signal, I kept getting regardless of how much air I placed in my tires). Although, they took longer to service my car than expected, I am sure its due to the attentive service they paid to my vehicle's needs. I wound up spending a lot more than anticipated, but it was worth it as they were professional and attentive.  I has been one day since my oil change, but I can already tell the difference in my car's ride.  I will return.

"Review for last Murano service" I am usually very happy with the service at McCullough's, but last time i was quoted a wait time of 35 mns, and had to stay actually for 3 hours. Also, after i left, several things started going wrong with the car. I know i will probably not change my rear tires at Mc Cullough's. I was told it is very difficult to change 18" tires like mine, and my tires had to be sent elsewhere to be ready, while i waited. However, i do like servicingmy car at Mc Cullough's. The staff is friendly, and service is good. I wonder about all the things that went wrong with the car after i left.  It is the wrong time to ask me to write a review. Would i have been asked to write one before the last service, i too would have given the place a 100%. My last service however left me with a different impression. But i am planning to give the business another chance.  Thank you.  Hala
